Laura Shaw is a passionate musician and educator with over 15 years of teaching experience. She received her Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Eastern Kentucky University and her Masters of Music in Cello Performance from Middle Tennessee State University. She taught string orchestra in Tennessee public schools for 12 years and as an active member of the American String Teachers Association.

Ms. Shaw lives in Murfreesboro along with her husband, Ben and her three children: Brewer, , Charlie, and Ellie.
